I’m a certified executive coach with a specialty in creative and media leadership.

Coaching, for me, isn’t theory—it’s a natural extension of decades spent helping people grow, adapt, and lead with clarity. My clients include leaders across the entertainment industry, as well as individuals, entrepreneurs, and teams in fintech, sales, mental health, education, and the arts. No matter their field or title, they share a common thread: ambition, self-awareness, and a desire to live and lead with greater purpose.

My coaching practice is grounded in real-world experience. Before becoming a full-time coach, I spent more than 20 years as a senior creative executive—building brands, leading high-performing teams, and marketing some of the most iconic shows in television and streaming history, including Better Call Saul, The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Interview With the Vampire, and Dark Winds. Over the years, I’ve solved complex problems creatively, led award-winning campaigns, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and collaborated with visionary storytellers and artists such as Robert Redford, Vince Gilligan, Seth Rogen, Jane Campion, Elvis Costello, “Weird Al” Yankovic, R.E.M., and U2.

I’ve also experienced transformation firsthand—the pivots, restructures, and reinventions that define modern careers and organizations. I’ve helped individuals advance their paths, teams find their flow, and companies navigate major change—including evolving a leading cable network into a streaming-first enterprise spanning a dozen brands and platforms.
