How Do I Start?

To get started, schedule a free 30-minute consultation. During this call, I’ll explain my approach to coaching, and you can share what you’re hoping to achieve. It’s also a great opportunity to ask any questions about me or my process. Most importantly, it gives us a chance to connect and decide if we’re a good fit for working together.

How Long Is the Coaching Engagement?

Typically, a coaching engagement includes 12 sessions, each lasting 45 minutes. While some clients choose a shorter timeline, many continue beyond the initial sessions as they set new goals and make ongoing progress.

How Often Do We Meet?

At the beginning of our work together, we’ll usually meet once a week for the first 4–5 weeks to build momentum and maintain focus. After that, we often shift to an every-other-week schedule, to allow you time to apply what we discuss between sessions.

Where Does the Coaching Take Place?

All coaching sessions are held virtually, since my clients live across the United States and around the world. If you’re located near New York City, I may be available for occasional in-person sessions.

Is the Coaching Customizable?

Yes—every coaching experience is tailored to you. No two clients are alike, so I customize each engagement based on your unique goals and needs. And if you’re not sure exactly what you’re looking for yet, that’s totally fine. Schedule a consultation, and we’ll figure out a plan that fits you.

What If My Goals Change?

That’s perfectly okay—and completely normal. Often, clients come into coaching with one goal in mind and discover new priorities as they gain clarity and insight. When that happens, we simply adjust the strategy and move forward.

Is There Support Between Sessions?

Yes, I provide ongoing support between sessions to help you stay on track. I’m available for quick check-ins or virtual meetings during regular business hours, Monday to Friday. In special circumstances, I can also be available in the evening or on weekends.

What Do You Charge?

I’ll share my individual and corporate rate card during our initial consultation. In some cases, I offer a sliding scale to support clients from a variety of backgrounds.

How Do I Pay?

You can pay week-to-week after each session, or choose to pay upfront in a lump sum at a discounted rate. I accept Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Visa, and cash.
